"Tracking was confusing and I got transferred around"
My order did eventually show up, so that was good, but the tracking updates were slow and kind of confusing. I tried asking for help and got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which was frustrating.

I had an issue with my order, so I contacted customer service thinking it would be an easy fix. Instead, I kept getting these short replies that basically just told me to wait, but nothing ever actually got resolved. It felt like they weren’t reading what I was saying. Weirdly, I remember one message had a random smiley face at the end, which made it even more annoying because they still didn’t answer my question. Frustrating overall, and I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they handle problems.

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I used vminnovations.com the whole thing just made me a little uneasy. The website itself looked fine at first, but once I got into it, I didn’t feel like everything was being handled as clearly as it should’ve been.

I kept feeling like I had to double-check every little detail, and when I looked for info or support, it didn’t really make me feel any better. It was kind of like dealing with a store that looks legit on the outside, but then… I don’t know, something just feels off.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I personally wouldn’t use them again. It didn’t leave me with much trust, so I’d give it 1 star.

"Had an issue, but they made it right"
One of the items arrived cracked, which was definitely frustrating. That said, things happen with shipping sometimes, and what matters to me is how a company handles it. Support replied quickly and sent out a replacement. It took a few extra days to get everything sorted, but overall they handled it fairly and I’m satisfied.

"Shipping cost was way too high"
I was about to place an order on vminnovations.com, but the shipping cost stopped me. I understand shipping isn’t always free, and that’s fine, but this felt unreasonable for what I was buying. It basically wiped out any reason to go through with the purchase. Kind of frustrating, to be honest. I probably won’t bother trying again unless they do something about those shipping fees

I’m still waiting for help with my warranty issue, and it’s been frustrating. I get that teams can get busy, but customers shouldn’t be left hanging this long without a clear update or next step.

"Refund came through, but the wait made me nervous"
My order didn’t end up working out, so I requested a refund. They did eventually refund me, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. I get that these things can take time, but when it’s money I’ve already spent, I really don’t like feeling like I might lose out or have to keep chasing it. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating. Giving 3 stars because they did make it right in the end

"Got the wrong item, so that was frustrating"
I guess the ordering process seemed fine at first, and maybe the site looked easy enough to use, but what actually showed up wasn’t what I picked. The order details didn’t really line up with what I thought I bought, so now I’m stuck dealing with returns and messages. Maybe they usually get it right, I don’t know, but for me the main part of ordering something just didn’t happen. Annoying, and I’m not planning to order again

I ordered from vminnovations.com and the whole delivery process was frustrating. The date kept getting pushed back, and I barely got any updates unless I went looking for them myself. it felt like an avoidable mess with better communication. I got my order sooner than I thought I would, and the tracking updated without any issues. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the box showed up a little banged up, like someone wasn’t exactly gentle with it along the way. Thankfully, everything inside was fine.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed, the item had scratches on it, and one of the corners was cracked. How does that even happen?? Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Good quality, happy with it"
I ordered from VMInnovations and everything showed up in good shape overall. The product actually felt nicer than I was expecting for the price, like it didn’t have that cheap or flimsy feel at all, which was a nice surprise...
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the box had a small dent and shipping took a little longer than I was hoping. But the product itself works fine, so I’d probably order again..

The size was off, a few details didn’t match, and you just end up feeling like the description was thrown together without much care.
