My order did eventually show up, so that was good, but the tracking updates were slow and kind of confusing. I tried asking for help and got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which was frustrating.

I’ve emailed customer service three times now and still haven’t gotten a reply. At first I thought, okay, maybe they’re busy, no big deal. But after the third email, I’m just sitting here wondering if anyone is actually checking the inbox. Frustrating, honestly

I get that these things can take time, but when it’s money I’ve already spent, I really don’t like feeling like I might lose out or have to keep chasing it. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating. Giving 3 stars because they did make it right in the end

The box arrived all crushed up and the packaging was awful. the item was almost falling out when I picked it up. Not great at all, kinda surprised it made it here in one peice.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed, the item had scratches on it, and one of the corners was cracked. How does that even happen?? Not the experience I was hoping for.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the box had a small dent and shipping took a little longer than I was hoping. But the product itself works fine, so I’d probably order again..
